Washington State Employee Contract Lawyer

I am looking for a contract employee lawyer to put together a employee contract and a housing contract. We are hiring a farm hand for our equestrian facility that will include housing on the property. I don't know if you can write that in a single contract or have to write it in two contracts. My main concern is removing them from the property if for some reason we have to let them go.
