If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Urban Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for... developing and executing influencer campaigns that align with our brand's aesthetic and values. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape. If you have a love for fashion, a knack for building relationships, and a knack for staying on top of digital trends, then we want to hear from you! Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's aesthetic and values. Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and brand partners. Monitor and stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the influencer landscape. Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategic influencer partnerships for brand initiatives and product launches. Manage influencer outreach and communication, including negotiation of partnerships and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns. Create and maintain a database of potential influencers and brand partners. Monitor and analyze influencer performance and provide reports to the marketing team. Stay informed on the latest social media platforms and trends, and identify potential opportunities for the brand. Use creative thinking and a data-driven approach to develop engaging and authentic influencer content. Ensure all influencer content aligns with the brand's messaging and tone. Manage influencer budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns stay within budget. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Provide insights and recommendations for future influencer campaigns based on current and past performance. Stay updated on FTC guidelines and ensure all influencer partnerships and content are compliant.
