We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our buildings in top condition, ensuring resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Complete work orders as requested by residents.
- Handle wood flooring and wallpaper replacements.
- Perform painting and touch-up tasks.
- Prepare vacant units for leasing through make-ready processes.
- Conduct move-out inspections.
- Execute minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
Education
- High school diploma or GED
