How is the Business Intelligence Analyst role positioned?

The Business Intelligence Analyst resides on the Business Partnerships team within Distribution Intelligence. Distribution Intelligence is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of core distribution reporting, data visualization, CRM, data quality, integration of the data within systems, and analysis and insights of the data. The Analyst will bring all of these areas together to drive strategy and inform best-in-class solutions in partnership with sales leadership to drive sales, retain assets, and diversify FT’s client base.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $135,000.00 and $160,000.00.
