SummaryYou will serve as the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel and will provide a wide variety of office management and administrative services, which contribute immeasurably to conserving the General Counsel’s time. Determine meeting approach: virtual, hybrid, in person, and provide needed support. Obtains necessary materials. Manages technology and greets visitors.• Prepare travel authorization and vouchers as documentation of official travel. Develop trip itineraries and coordinates travel arrangements in town and outside of the D.C. area.• Prepare executive summaries of proposals and communications going to the General Counsel for review and/or approval.• Respond to emails on behalf of the General Counsel.• Coordinate weekly highlights reports and monthly Chief Counsels’ reportsThe ideal candidate will independently plan and assist in carrying out assignments, and other administrative functions.
