PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR INTERNAL WORKDAY CAREER SITE.Join Our Community of Food People!The Staff Accountant III - Financial Reporting supports the Manager of Financial Reporting in preparation of footnotes and disclosures in the 10-Q/10-K, evaluation of SOX controls compliance and general ledger and reconciliation systems maintenance to ensure timely and accurate financial statements for the Company.This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days and the rest remote.Responsibilities:- Preparation of disclosures for the 10-Q/10-K Footnotes and MD&A.- Detailed tie-out of 10-Q/10-K.- Preparation of Quarterly Analytical Deck for CFO.- Compile and provide audit support as requested by internal and external auditors.- Preparation of various journal entries and reconciliations.- Assistance with quarterly reconciliation reviews and analysis for all of Accounting group.- Maintenance of general ledger system (PeopleSoft) including opening and closing the ledger.- Perform the PeopleSoft super user role for the general ledger module which includes responsibility for calendar maintenance, security roles, chart of accounts, mapping tables, tree/structure maintenance and combination edit rules.- Support proper consolidations and eliminations each reporting period/cycle, quarter-end and year-end, ensuring proper cut-offs.- Support SOX compliance activities around system transaction monitoring, data integrity and user access controls.- Provide account reconciliation system (Blackline) administrative support.- Other duties as assigned by manager.Relationship:- Internal: Internal Audit, Accounting, IT- External: External Audit, Blackline VendorMinimum Qualifications:- 2 years of relevant work experience required (in role or similar role)- Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)- Good working knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP), external/SEC reporting and internal controls with SEC registrant and related knowledge.- Outstanding personal and professional ethical values with impeccable integrity.- Strong personal initiative, enthusiasm, results oriented and resourcefulness; exhibit a commitment to achieving the organization's goals and ability to overcome obstacles in a collaborative manner.- Strong team orientation; willingness to help larger team meet goals and responsibilities.- Excellent analytical, organization, planning and project management skills.- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).- An individual who brings enthusiasm and energy to the job each day and who welcome a challenge and brings a "can do" attitude to the team.Education:- BA/BS in Accounting requiredPreferred Qualifications:- Preferred experience with PeopleSoft and Blackline- CPA preferred.#LI-MS1• *EOE Race/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Protected Veteran/Disability Status*Puede ver este sitio de empleo y aplicación en español utilizando la configuración de su navegador o teléfono móvil.
