We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Training Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial... role in ensuring that our supply chain team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage our complex operations. If you are a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong background in supply chain management and training, we would love to hear from you. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the supply chain team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage operations. Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing supply chain team members on topics such as inventory management, logistics, and quality control. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs to address them. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback and make necessary adjustments. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve training programs. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support the learning and development of supply chain team members. Monitor and track the progress of trainees and provide support and guidance as needed. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the supply chain team, providing guidance and support on complex issues and challenges. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the supply chain team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in training programs across the organization. Identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps within the supply chain team and develop targeted training programs to address them. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources. Ensure compliance with all training requirements and regulations set by the company and relevant governing bodies. Manage the training budget and provide regular reports on training expenses and outcomes to senior management.
