Manage multiple accounts with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. Develop and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication and visits. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports and track sales performance. Maintain valid driver’s license and travel to customer sites to provide product demos and presentations. Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales and develop strategies for growth. Provide innovative solutions to customer problems in a fast-paced environment. Monitor competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage. Participate in trade show events to promote products and services. Train and mentor junior sales associates to ensure success.
