We are currently seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our business in the [specific region]. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory. Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Promote and sell US Foods products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team to increase market share and revenue. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management and clients. Monitor and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team and management. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Train and mentor junior sales representatives in the territory. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote US Foods products and services. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional activities. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
