Warehouse Operations AssociateLocation: [Insert precise work address here]Schedule: Sunday through Friday, start time 5pm until completion, average 12-14 hour shiftsStarting Pay: $19.75/hour (increases to $24.50/hour when production standards are met, plus incentives)$2,000 Sign-on Bonus to Eligible New Hires!Union Benefits after 90 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, strong safety culture, and moreMain Responsibilities:• Safely and accurately select customer orders• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate a ride-on electric pallet jack• Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software• Deliver products to the correct dock area• Team up to clear aisles of debris and stack empty palletsPhysical Requirements:• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment and lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitivelyMinimum Qualifications:• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Friday• Recent experience in high-endurance or highly physical activity preferred• Experience in warehouse or distribution center environment preferred• Experience operating a ride-on pallet jack or similar equipment preferredWhy Join Us:We are committed to compensating and rewarding our employees for their dedication and hard work.
