Interaction designer

Job Description :• The team builds software that helps the company and its workers safe.• The project we need help with is all about ensuring people have the right level of access to the spaces needed to do their jobs effectively.Responsibilities :• Address medium complexity design and / or user problems, with minimal guidance, leveraging established design principles and patterns.• Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.• Independently make decisions that improve quality and / or consistency within a feature or project level scope of work (, process, team, deliverables).• Proactively identify, define, and communicate problems within the project or product team(s), and deliver practical and / or creative ways to fix them.Experience :• years of experience in product design or UX.• Create design concepts (, mock-ups, prototypes) for informing product direction, ideation and user research / testing.• Collaborate regularly with UX, PM & Engineers to communicate and / or influence design intention.• Iteratively improve design based on UX testing and partner / stakeholder input with minimal guidance.Skills :• Designing and building prototypes in Figma• Familiarity with Material Design guidelines• Visual Design• Design conceptsEducation :About US Tech Solutions :US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.To know more about US Tech Solutions, please visit .US Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
