Reimbursement Specialist

Title: Access and Reimbursement Operations SpecialistClient: Pharma ClientJob type: ContractContract: 12 MonthsLocation: Mettawa, IL 60045Major Responsibilities:• Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities.• Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel• Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams• Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations.Qualifications:• Attention to detail• Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities• Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently• Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively• Experience working in Microsoft products (especially excel and PowerPoint)• Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations teamAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
