Job DescriptionManager's Notes:• This is a 2-year contract• This position is 100% remote work hours 9 am - 5 pm / 40 hours per week• Preferred Skills: Attention to detail, personable and able to communicate and relate effectively with others on the phone or video, analytical skills a must-have, good written communication (email and business writing)Required Function 1:Required Function 1:• Oversee and conduct centralized Docusign mailing project• Test enhancements to the workflow prior to each phase or launch of the offices.• Coordinate data updates as they relate to the preparation of the project.• Prepare, send, and track client mailing to completion.• Address any inquiries regarding the mailing.• Provide management reporting and summaries on the status of the mailing.• Act as a liaison between the client-facing and operational departments to address any issues related to the mailing.
