Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire/Possible of Extension)Job Description:Looking for candidates as a Sr React JS developer, you will be part of a team that designs, develops, and launches efficient quality systems and solutions supporting core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues, opportunities, or problems to improve the benefit of IT and Business investments. The Developer is experienced and self-sufficient in performing their responsibilities, requiring minimal Supervision but general guidance and direction.Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and planning for the software architecture for the Web platform- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges- Perform code reviews and mentor your peers- Serve as an integral member of the development team to create practical solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment- Ensure consistency with an established software development architecture- Analyze and interpret requirements from the Business and UX Design Team- Introduce new technologies and standard processes as needed to solve business problems- Help to fix, test, and maintain the quality and security of the platform- Work in an Agile environmentKnowledge and Skills:- Effective Communication (verbal + written)- Excel at triage or analysis of situations for production support- Proficient with on-time delivery with minimal Supervision- OOO Experience- HTML, Java Script, CSS- Git/GitHub Code Repositories- TeamCity or equivalent Configuration tools- Dev Ops Experience using AWS tools- Cloud technologies AWS, including Akamai CDN- UI Analytics (Google AnalyticsEducation:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer/data science technical or related experience.Experience:- - 5+ years of experience in application design, development, installation, and modification of web applications- 5+ years of experience in developing in JavaScript with React JS v16 & 17, Redux, Webpack and ES6 or equivalent experience- Advanced knowledge of development methodologies, software design, design patterns, and integration standards, as well as their applicability in coding and testing cycles- Advanced knowledge of software engineering standard processes such as versioning and versioning control, software packaging, and software release management using GitHub, Quantum Metrics)- App Performing ToolsAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
