Job Profile :
Learning and Development Specialist position available in Columbus, OH. The Learning and Development Specialist will design and create instructional materials grounded in sound educational theory. They will utilize the best practices in technology, while developing multimedia e-learning and/or instructor-led learning solutions. This position will be responsible for applying the fundamental principles of ISD to all learning solutions assigned (i.e., instructor-led training, eLearning, webinars, job aids, reference guides, etc.). L&D Specialist will execute learning strategies and programs. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Current unrestricted U.S. passport & unrestricted travel
- Advanced working knowledge of Instructional System Design (i.e., ADDIE, SAM, and/or Agile) and Adult Learning Theory.
- Advanced working expertise developing eLearning courses using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline 360.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience work developing complex interactive scenarios and gamification.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite products with primary focus on Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 3 years of experience in instructional design, development of eLearning and instructor-led training solutions in a corporate or educational environment.
- Training evaluation and data analysis experience.

- Strong work ethic

- Instructional Design Certification from an accredited institution.
- Video editing and production experience a plus.
