The Records Coordinator position is available in Columbus, OH. The Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining pilot training records including but not limited to passports, medical and training records while continuously providing best-in-class customer service. This position currently reports to the Vice President of Flight Ops Administration.

Your Responsibilities
Maintain current and accurate data for all pilots (This may include Medical Certificates, Airman Certificates, Passports, Aircraft Training, Check Rides, and Operational Evaluations)
Data entry, tracking, and organizing crew member training records, and crew qualifications
Assist with onboarding tasks of new crew members in partnership with Human Resources, Training, and Flight Operations
Provide administrative support to the Training and Flight Operation Departments
Audit training records for unsatisfactory performance, record findings and report accordingly
Communicate daily with the Director of Training to provide department status updates
Maintain security of records to ensure access, removal, and edits are managed in compliance with the department operating procedures
Required education and experience
High school Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience within the aviation industry
Proven results in an administrative role or similar
Strong attention to detail while performing duties with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment with the ability to work independently and solve problems
(Preferred)
Associate’s degree or greater
Two to four years of related or equivalent combination of education and experience
Aviation experience highly desired
