Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

USA Clinics Group is growing our Nursing Team! As a Registered Nurse, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures – particularly during IR procedures. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

This position is flexible to work in multiple clinics. Must be able to travel to Bronx Cath Labs (Jerome ave, White Plains, Foxhurst, Mott Haven, Fordham) and surrounding Cath Labs found here:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the cath labs
  • Oversee ordering and inventory of cath lab supplies
  • Willingness to travel among nearby cath lab locations
  • Administer sedition medication under the direction of physician.
  • Schedule and obtain pre certifications for all cath lab patients
  • Act as a liaison to patients with any questions they may have
  • Perform pre and post operative phone calls
  • Work closely with the Operations team
  • Recover patients and assist in the cath lab procedure room as necessary
  • Additional duties as needed.
  • Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, required.
  • Currently licensed or eligible for RN licensure in the State of New York, required.
  • Must be able to travel to Brooklyn Cath Labs and surrounding Cath Labs found here: https://www.usafibroidcenters.com/locations/new-york/
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified, required.
  • Experience with accreditation surveys and Standards preferred
  • Ability to start peripheral IV’s and perform phlebotomy, required
  • Previous experience in the application of leads for Telemetry Monitors and ECG’s; required
  • Previous experience with Pulse Oximetry monitoring; required
  • Must be familiar with peripheral arterial catheterization lab procedures, as well as post-procedure recovery work, required
  • Previous experience monitoring patients during angiograph and in the recovery room, required

Salary Ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 ($45-$53 hourly)
