Job Summary:Are you familiar with Saudi Arabian culture and fluent in Arabic and English? Fisher Investments is seeking an International Marketing Analyst to focus on the Saudi Arabian market. Reporting to the International Marketing Team Lead, this role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to drive marketing efforts tailored to the Saudi Arabian audience.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Support external and internal partners in developing, executing, and reporting on lead generation campaigns.• Lead marketing efforts with external media agency partners, including campaign development, performance analysis, and content localization.• Manage operational tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.• Collaborate with in-house and external agencies for creative development and testing.• Conduct competitor and market research to incorporate local trends into campaigns.• Prepare performance reports and present insights to Senior Executive Management.• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for the Saudi Arabian market.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.Qualifications and Experience:• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation performance marketing.• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Fluent in Arabic and English.• Data-driven approach to performance marketing.• Local knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market or the Gulf Arab States.Benefits of the Position:• 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your qualifying dependents.• A 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum.• 20 days of PTO*, plus 10 paid holidays (*17 days of PTO and 3 days of sick time for California employees).• Family support programs including 8 weeks Paid Primary Caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and back-up child care.• $10,000 fertility, hormonal health, and family-forming benefit.About Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we strive to improve the investment universe while fostering an inclusive culture.
