Job Summary: Join USAA in fulfilling our mission of serving the military community and their families. In this role, you'll assist members with insurance products, providing exceptional service and support.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Handle inbound and outbound communications from members regarding insurance products.• Assist members with quotes, policy changes, billing, payments, and coverage inquiries.• Apply knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate advice and solutions to meet member needs.• Efficiently operate in a contact center environment, maintaining engaging member interactions.• Maintain required licenses and registrations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Experience:• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.• Ability to provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.• Strong multitasking skills in navigating through multiple business applications.• Understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.• Obtain Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire.• 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.• 6 months of frequent communication with customers via phone, email, or face-to-face.• US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.Benefits of the Position:• Competitive compensation ranging from $45,010 to $47,510.• Pay incentives based on performance.• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.• 401(k), pension, and life insurance.• Parental benefits, adoption assistance, and paid time off program with holidays.• Wellness programs and continuing education support.About Company:USAA is committed to serving the financial needs of the military community and their families.
