You will be entrusted with handling a variety of customer inquiries, promoting insurance sales, and guaranteeing that our members have the right coverage to protect their financial interests.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Manage all communications received from policyholders concerning their insurance plans, including but not limited to phone calls, email, and other messaging channels.• Our services extend to aid members with quotes, policy modifications, billing inquiries, and other insurance-related subjects.• With comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance, one can efficiently handle all member needs, including answering questions, managing policy changes, facilitating quotes and proposals, and resolving billing disputes.• Efficiently navigate multiple programs and systems to provide accurate assistance to members.• It is crucial to obtain and maintain the necessary licenses and registrations as per company policies and procedures.• Reputation risk may arise from negative publicity, social media posts, or non-compliance with industry regulations.
