We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our skilled, passionate, and mission-driven team. This role is only suitable for applicants with experience in an industry setting (in-house or agency). Because our department has a strong seat at the table, you are expected to carry out end-to-end user research, as well as actively contribute to product ideation, strategy, and annual planning. A strong design sensibility is a plus. Lastly, we are looking for someone excited to propose new research methods, tools, and processes.
Day-to-day, you will work as an embedded researcher on one or more product teams. You will collaborate with PMs, Designers, Data Analysts, and leadership to identify research questions, execute tactical and foundational user research, provide teams with insights and recommendations on new and existing products, and work across the org to elevate user empathy and UX maturity. In addition to working on your product team(s), you will propose and contribute to key User Research-led initiatives.
