About this role Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, Director of Demand Generation is a strategically important role in Ushur's drive towards rapid growth and market dominance in Customer Experience Automation(TM)(CXA) - a new category that Ushur is pioneering and leading to transform how customers interact and engage with enterprises in highly regulated industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma and more. Collaboration is the key to success in this role as you will partner across Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Industry leadership, and the broader marketing team to ensure aggressive demand generation goals are set and achieved. This is a high visibility role and will be working closely with Ushur's executive leadership team to formulate and execute a demand generation strategy geared towards exponential growth. Core Responsibilities Develop and drive Ushur's global demand generation strategy that encompasses Digital Demand Gen (including all aspects of website and social media), Field and Events Marketing programs. Help drive content development, generation and management of digital tactics and programs including but not limited to websites, SEO, CRM, paid, earned, and social media. Develop calendarized demand gen plans in partnership with the Revenue ops, Sales development (BDR/SDR), Customer Success, Product Marketing and the Ushur executive leadership. Design and execute multichannel marketing campaigns that deliver results measured not only in leads and MQLs but in logos, revenue and brand awareness. Own campaign forecasting, scorecard targets, budget, measurement, and campaign refinement. Partner with Brand and Design and Product Marketing teams to create highly differentiated, thought-provoking, and impactful content that is focused on our ICP. Research, develop, execute, and manage events (owned and sponsored), webinars, trade shows and more as the primary vehicles for event-driven demand generation. Own Ushur's website end-to-end and develop a strategy that combines both technical and content elements, to drive ongoing improvements in SEO, SEM and organic and paid traffic. Own demand gen budget. Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI, demand gen effectiveness and sales results. Establish internal processes to optimize conversion. Create a performance reporting structure that allows for quick pivots based on results using martech stack that includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and more. Set a tone of high standards, customer obsession and data-driven decision-making. Requirements 8
years B2B enterprise demand generation experience. Experience developing, executing and reporting on cross-platform campaigns to drive the complete enterprise marketing and sales funnel. Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success in creating and executing multichannel demand gen campaigns at scale. Experience in events and field marketing is a big plus. Demonstrated experience in effectively using a modern marketing technology stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Google Analytics and other tools, to execute, report on and optimize all marketing campaigns for high conversion. Experience building teams in fast-scaling startup environment Ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment Demonstrated ability of excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
