About the role

This is a 12-week paid hybrid summer internship. Salary will be based on prior work and educational experience. The ideal candidate must be available to work 8-hour shifts/5 days a week, ideally in the summer timeframe. The candidate will be working on a variety of projects with the product team.

• As a member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for leading market and competitive research for our core products and services. 
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and industries to assess market demand for our solutions in the marketplace.
• Define and create a dashboard to track KPIs to track conversion and demand.  
• Build hypotheses based on market, competitive, and user research to validate and influence our product roadmap.
• Capture user feedback for continuous iteration. 
• Write detailed epics and user stories for prioritization and product development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting your findings to leadership teams.

• Pursuing BS/MS in business, economics, or business and computer-related hybrid programs.
• Proficiency in market and competitive research for core products and services.
• Demonstrated ability in building hypotheses based on market, competitive, and user research to validate and influence product roadmap.
• Experience writing detailed epics and user stories for prioritization and product development.
• Experience in cross-functional work spanning technical, financial, and analytical, and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of customer and market requirements.
• Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
