You will be proficient in creating interactive prototypes quickly and iteratively, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You also deeply understand user-centered design principles, strong technical abilities, and excellent communication skills.The Opportunity• Create lo-, medium-, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, and Marvel.• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business goals. Ensuring design consistency across an end-to-end journey to successful user outcomes.• Set up and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and test design concepts, making iterative improvements based on user input.• Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to develop high-fidelity prototypes when necessary.• Create animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience using tools like Principle, Framer, or After Effects.• Participate in Agile development processes, integrating rapid prototyping and testing into iterative design and development cycles.• Work iteratively with user research, usability testers, behavioral designers to inform design decisions, ensuring that prototypes are grounded in real user needs and behaviors.• Organize and structure information effectively to create clear and logical user flows.• Develop storyboards to visualize user interactions and journey and be adept across visual, voice, and AI interfaces• Be knowledgeable about ethical design practices, including design choices for lowering the carbon footprint of products, services, and experiences.What You Need• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or a relative years of experience.• At least 5 years of experience in interaction design, with a strong portfolio showcasing rapid prototyping skills and user-centered design projects.• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Marvel), front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and animation tools (Principle, Framer, After Effects).• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, visual design, and design thinking methodologies.• Excellent communication, collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD methodologies, iterative design processes, and usability testing.Bonus Points If• You have experience with version control systems like Git.• You have knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.• You have familiarity with conducting and analyzing user research.• You have experience designing for B2B or Enterprise SolutionsCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
