Job DescriptionResponsible for providing strategic, analytical and technical support in all business intelligence solutions for the Institution.Responsibilities• Responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources in an efficient data warehouse and designing enterprise-level solutions for tabular models.• Develops dashboards, pivot functions, and reports for key performance indicators, business metrics and operational data.• Optimizes and updates, complex cubes, tabular models, queries and reporting applications.• Maintains and tests data integrity.• Works with business analysts and contacts to understand needs requirements, and develops and maintains data models to support those needs.• Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Related experience including: Business Intelligence, requirements analysis, design, data modeling and data warehouse design.• Experience with SQL and relational database, systems analysis and design, Microsoft SQL Server development experience, including database design, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services SSIS; web based reporting tools, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, ETL and BI tools are strongly desired.• Proven experience sourcing data from a variety of applications, creating OLAP models, and generating multi-dimensional or tabular cubes using SSAS.• Ability to Identify and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; and develops alternative solutions.• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.Education• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is required.
