Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our partners to increase lead volume and performance. Must be comfortable on the phone. The ideal candidate will be excited about building relationships and exhibiting mind-blowing customer service.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners.

  • Educate, and on-board new partners.

  • Communicate with prospective partners to qualify and/or "sell."

  • Answer inquiries (phone/chat/ email) from existing and potential new referral partners.

  • Resolve and follow up on partner request, questions or complaints.

  • Assist in onboarding new partners with roster uploads and orientation (email, phone, webinar, etc).

  • Maintain a referral partner database.

  • Plan, attend and manage business development events like partner conferences and trade shows.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (education and years of work experience in field/area):

  • Customer experience with heavy call volume.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.

  • Excellent active listening skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

  • Comfortable with having 5-7 hours of talk time daily.

  • Real Estate experience or knowledge of the industry preferred
