About the role

We are searching for a lead design strategist as our next UX Design Manager, who will lead our product and design team and ensure the full realization of Rise’s strategy and vision. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

What you'll do:

• Be Rise’s UX connoisseur!
• Lead design projects in cross-functional agile teams
• Advocate for user experience in addition to supporting and upholding design quality and integrity
• Create user flows that can scale, anticipating edge cases and errors
• Deliver designs that simplify complexity
• Iterate on designs and testing, incorporating data into the design process
