23andMe is looking for an experienced UX Research Manager to help us build intuitive, logical and delightful experiences for our customers. You excel at deciphering consumer interests and behaviors through both quantitative and qualitative methods, and creating clear, actionable recommendations that improve the customer experience. This role will be working with all aspects of the Consumer Organization, focusing on areas such as consumer experience, UI design and evaluation, navigation flow, information architecture, and product testing.
You will be part of the Consumer Insights Team, a dynamic, cross-departmental service organization with a charter to represent the voice of the consumer and customer in everything we do. While most of this role's focus will be partnering with the product team to develop and refine great products/services for our customers, there will be collaboration across all departments and areas of research. As UX Research Lead, this role will require someone eager to build the role and relationships, and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.
