Wargaming Prague is looking for a Senior/Middle WEB UX/UI Designer with good UI skills to join our design team and help us with developing and improving WEB infrastructure of World of Tanks PC.
You will be a part of a Prague UX/UI team. Your main objective will be to improve user experience, to design visual and interactive part of the web interfaces of the World of Tanks game as well as to create new systems within the existing rules. Together with other designers you will watch for the UI kit, maintain, and evolve it inventing new approaches and elements.
At the same time, you will be a member of the feature team and will work together with System Designers who will help you with corner cases and documentation, while developers will help to implement the team ideas. The role involves close interaction with all other UX/UI designers to get cross-review and share your ideas.
If you are a self-starter who is used to thinking outside the box and finding optimal and not ideal solutions in various cases, as well as possessing systems thinking and outstanding communication skills, then you are perfect for this role.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with the feature team, with stakeholders while creating concepts and prototypes as well as while searching for optimal solutions and approaches.
- Order UX research of your interfaces or conduct such research by yourself, participate in selecting of good research participants.
- Communicate research findings with feature team and other stakeholders, convert research findings into further improvements.
- Participate in cross-review of work of your colleagues-designers.
- Create final mock-ups, animation, and feature documentation for further development.
- Carry out author's control (design review).
- Collaborate with development teams to consult them and to ensure the implementation of the feature aligns with the design.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of implemented features, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements or modifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and apply them to enhance the user experience.
- Guide the direction of the product and continually advocate for users and user-oriented design.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design supported by portfolio.
- Good graphic design skills for creation of modern skeuomorphic interfaces, tracking industry trends in the web development.
- Knowledge of design principles and psychology of user perception.
- Rich experience of creating user-oriented designs for large-scale websites and/or applications and mobile platforms.
- Rich experience of conducting UX research, user interviewing, usability, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of user journey analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the life cycle of the project/product.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to effectively use data-driven approach in sharing design ideas and rationale to stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to take initiative, drive projects forward, and bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong English skills: writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong self-organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in designing for responsive web.
