We have a compelling story to tell and are looking for experienced Marketers to get the word out.What we're looking forVacasa is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist that will assume control of and grow our email marketing program.The ideal candidate is familiar with major email platforms, experienced in automating marketing email communication and writing high quality copy, and looks for ways to simplify processes. This person will be responsible for building, proofing, managing and analyzing all email programs including daily manual campaigns, automated workflows, and transactional campaigns. This person is passionate about testing and analyzing at both the strategic and tactical level to improve email performance-level metrics. This person will have the ability to learn our in-house email sending platform quickly and will be able to recommend future product enhancements of it. The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and results-driven, with excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and an aptitude to learn quickly.This position is fully remote. You must have reliable internet connection and ability to work from home and reside in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WYWhat you'll do• Work with product marketing and digital marketing stakeholders to create marketing programs.• Manage all aspects of email campaigns including audience segmentation, design, testing, deployment and reporting.• Templatize and automate communication to maintain consistency and increase efficiency.• Create test plans to continuously optimize emails for better engagement with segmentation, targeting, messaging, and design.• Work with the larger marketing team including copywriters and analysts, to coordinate content, lists, and segmentation for email campaigns.• Develop documentation for email best practices, processes, and testing.• Other duties, as assigned.Skills you'll need• Bachelor's degree• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, automation, or similar role• Experience building campaigns and programs in a major ESP• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals• Experience using spreadsheets• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) required• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS• Knowledge of email regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL• Ability to learn our in-house email service• Aptitude for being organized• Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment• Understanding of dynamic content principles and using data to drive personalization• Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills• Attention to detailCompensation• $60000- $70000 / year.
