Medical Billing Specialist

Vaco Staffing is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist for a contract to hire role! Hybrid Position. 40 hours per weekJob responsibilities include: Prepare and submit medical insurance claims accurately and compliantly.Assign medical codes to diagnoses and procedures for billing purposes.Track payments, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely reimbursement.Requirements include:Proficiency in medical billing software and understanding of billing procedures.Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and insurance claim processes.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
