Position: Payroll SpecialistOverview:As a Payroll Specialist, you'll handle advanced payroll operations, ensuring the precise processing of bi-weekly payroll and strict adherence to payroll regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing garnishments, overseeing payroll tax deposits, and training and supervising Payroll Representatives.Key Responsibilities:• Payroll Management: Oversee detailed payroll tasks and ensure the accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll.• Garnishments and Compliance: Manage garnishments, ensure timely payroll tax deposits, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations for compliance.• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise Payroll Representatives to ensure they follow procedures correctly and maintain payroll accuracy.Requirements:• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in payroll.• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.• Skills: Expertise in payroll and timekeeping systems, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of payroll regulations.Additional Duties:• Provide backup support to the Payroll Manager as needed.• Participate in payroll system updates and complete other related tasks as assigned.
