Your Role
We are hiring a highly-motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Validation Engineer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute validation protocols and play a key role in ensuring validation processes meet regulatory and quality industry standards. This is a great opportunity for recent engineer graduates, local to Fort Wort, TX, who are driven and passionate about the life science industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop validation strategies and plans.
- Assist in the creation and execution of validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Conduct testing and data analysis for validation activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Responsible for protocol writing and execution - Draft, execute, review, and approve validation documentation ensuring the documentation meets cGMP requirements, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential validation issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure proper qualification and validation of equipment and processes.
- Document all validation activities, including protocols, reports, and deviations, in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of validation-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Additional duties as assigned.
