Senior BPM Tester

We are currently on the lookout for a Senior BPM Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in validating and verifying our Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on BPM systems.
• Proficient in BPM software tools (such as Camunda, Appian, etc.) and methodologies.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases specifically for BPM applications.
• Ability to work closely with business analysts and developers to gather requirements and ensure quality.
• Strong understanding of process modeling and documentation standards (BPMN, UML).
• Experience with automated testing tools and framework development for BPM processes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior testers as needed.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is desirable.
• Able to work in core banking ( Must )
