Greet visitors warmly and assist them
Engage in sales activities to increase traffic and occupancy
Maintain knowledge of property and amenities
Build relationships with prospective residents

Inspect community and apartments for needed repairs

Benefits

Base Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Annual Bonus Potential: $5,000 annually
