IT Support Specialist
Vannevar Labs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to internal staff members. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT system operations and provide timely issue resolutions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS operating systems
- Experience providing support to remote users
- Familiarity with Azure AD and the Microsoft 365 Suite
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Administer user access and permissions within IT resources
- Coordinate user on/offboarding activities
- Provide technical training and support to end-users
- Maintain accurate inventory of company-owned IT assets
