Senior GL Accountant
Vannevar Labs is a profitable growth startup focused on providing next generation defense software. They seek an experienced Senior GL Accountant to join their team and streamline accounting processes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Advanced knowledge of accounting systems (Netsuite, Excel, Salesforce)

Responsibilities
- Aid in the monitoring and collection of financial data
- Book monthly journal entries
- Prepare financial reconciliations and research discrepancies
- Produce financial package and variance analysis for management
- Sync transactions from various expense systems
- Generating invoices and applying cash from bank accounts
- Research technical accounting guidance
- Run ad-hoc reports for cross-functional teams
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
