ABM & Field Marketing Manager

Champion operational efficiency and revenue growth by strategically managing projects and enhancing processes, while developing, designing, and managing strategic account-based marketing campaigns focusing on Vanta’s mid-market expansion.

What you’ll do as a ABM & Field Marketing Manager at Vanta:

  • Implement and refine Vanta's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, ensuring integration with broader organizational and sales objectives. Drive the associated integrated marketing campaigns and GTM processes.

  • Oversee the orchestration and analysis of marketing events, such as virtual events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to manage comprehensive campaigns targeting our ABM list and implement program enhancements through effective change management practices.

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives focusing on efficiency improvement and sales team growth, in collaboration with the channel owners to ensure alignment of analytics-driven strategies with project execution.

  • Collaborate with our Growth GMs to review and analyze funnel data, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and overall business objectives.

  • Utilize and analyze data from Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and other tools to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.

How to be successful in this role:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management frameworks, adept at managing large workloads across various stages of the sales cycle.

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success dynamics to drive system and process requirements.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing business challenges, with a focus on improving revenue impact and customer engagement.

  • Effective communication skills, with a track record of making impactful recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced SFDC reporting, comfortable with analyzing large data sets to inform strategic decisions.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $109,000 - $128,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
