Senior Product Manager, Billing and Internal Tools - job 2 of 3

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for Vanta’s billing systems and internal tools. You will set the strategy, build, and evolve our billing capabilities to ensure our billing platform scales with the needs of the business. In addition, you will own Vanta’s internal tools strategy to ensure our partner teams have access to the tools necessary to serve our customers and create a reliable, scalable, and secure platform for product teams to deliver new internal tools.

You’ll join a small and growing team of PMs and will play a critical role in shaping Vanta's product team culture. If you are a builder of customer-delighting products who thrives while having impact at a high-growth company, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager at Vanta:

Develop the strategy and roadmap for billing and internal tools
Deeply understand our customers and our market, to build solutions addressing key pain points and opportunities for create opportunities for competitive advantage
Set the product strategy and roadmap for billing and internal tools
Collaborate closely with go-to-market operations and finance teams
Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow

How to be successful in this role:

Have 6+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company
Have 2+ years building out and scaling billing systems in high-growth or scaled businesses
Strong cross-functional collaboration: Ability to partner with stakeholders across many different functions and departments and rally them around a strategy and vision
Systems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
Have an ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $176,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
