About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our blockchain marketing agency. This

client-focused role aims to enhance brand awareness and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships in the Web3 space.

What you will deliver:

  • Create and maintain web3 influencer database.
  • Create influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify key Web3 influencers based on brand alignment and metrics.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and tailor influencer strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on campaign progress and performance.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment for clients.

Must Haves for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the Web3 or tech space.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the Web3 influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
