Who are we looking for ?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive - HRBP to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business and HR expertise, acting as a strategic partner to management. You will play a key role in new hire onboarding, workforce planning, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Act as a resource and advisor to practice management on human resources matters, including new hire onboarding, new initiatives, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide expert consulting services to the organization, leveraging a strong blend of business and HR acumen to identify and solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Offer guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Plan, organize, and execute social activities and events aimed at promoting team building, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
- Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Operate social media platforms and use designing tools like Canva to enhance HR communication and engagement efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in an HRBP role within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and designing tools like Canva.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
