Backend Tech Lead

We are searching for an experienced software engineer to join our R&D department. The team extracts and analyzes a huge amount of data from the latest IT technologies available today.

Who are you?

You are a Tech Lead or a strong and experienced software engineer who knows how to deliver high quality software, which is performant, scalable, readable, testable and maintainable.

You understand the importance of the user experience in the ability to work with a system and therefore its effect on the intrinsic value of the product to the customer.

You collaborate well with your peers and partner teams.

You are self-motivated and self-managed, able to take ownership of your work and work in a scrum team.

You are fast learner and keep up to date with new technologies and solutions.

What you’ll do:

Work with various development groups and help them with their technological challenges.

Work with other tech leads and architects in the company.

Help designing, building and supporting the new cloud based, big data solutions and backend of our product in C# and SQL server.

Help designing an automated tests and procedures to make sure our product is delivered at high quality.

Communicate with our Product Managers and give feedback on the requirements they will give you to benefit the product.

Help our data analysts research and implement our data classification policies

Help introduce additional members of your team to big data web development and share your experience.

Work in a dynamic scrum team.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Tech Lead \ Architect preferred
8+ years of experience as a software engineer

Excellent technical drawing skills

Strong knowledge and vast experience with C# and .Net

Strong communication and project management skills

Proven backend asynchronous development experience (C# / Java)

Experience in writing tests for both web and backend platforms

Good English and interpersonal skills

Advantage: Experience with RabbitMQ / other Service bus

Advantage: Experience with Docker

Advantage: Good grasp of Regular Expressions

Advantage: Knowledge of Azure or AWS
Advantage: Experience with Angular, TypeScript and Jasmine
