Manage high-volume inbound phone calls to support current customers
Deflect cancellation requests with a solutions-oriented approach
Achieve client onboarding, retention, and engagement targets
Address complaints to increase satisfaction and secure renewals
Communicate effectively with internal team and external customers
Education
Education, teaching, or tutoring experience preferred

Base salary of $40,000
Monthly variable compensation based on targets
