Senior Operations Analyst (South America)

Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience with advanced Excel and basic SQL
• Hands-on experience building forecasting and optimization models
• Experience with data-visualization tools (i.e., Looker)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, create, document, and test business metrics and insights
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes and workflows
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and improve productivity
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to management
• Develop operational cadences, processes, metrics, and reporting
• Construct models for measuring and forecasting tutor supply forecasts

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters/MBA Degree is a plus
