Nerdy is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to join our international recruiting team and assist in full cycle recruiting for positions in software engineering, design, data science, product management, marketing, and more. The Technical Recruiter will be a key partner with hiring managers and department leaders and will help develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire the best talent for our teams. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and provide expertise on how to effectively source high quality candidates across South America. This person will have extremely sound professional judgement and will be able to adapt to a variety of situations quickly.
