Customer Success Manager

Vasion is looking for a Customer Success Manager, dedicated to our SMB customers, that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. Customer Success Managers are responsible for customer renewals within existing customer accounts. As a Customer Success Manager, you will regularly connect with customers and your Manager to provide support and ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact for renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Product Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams as needed to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • Create quotes and manage the procurement process for customer renewals.
  • Handle renewal negotiations, address customer concerns, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieve or exceed challenging goals and activity targets.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage renewal status, maintain accurate customer records, and report potential risks, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS-related B2B sales or a similar industry.
  • Must write and speak English fluently. 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas and goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Working knowledge of sales software, tools, and processes.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, analytic, and deductive reasoning skills.
