In this role, you will be responsible for integrated growth marketing campaigns to educate, engage, upsell, and renew current customers on Vasion products and services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the demand gen motions for sales-assisted upsells and cross-sells; collaborate cross-functionally to build seamless data-driven hand-offs and re-engagement demand generation experiences.
- Align the growth marketing roadmap with Product, Customer Success, PMM, Demand Generation, and EMEA/APAC teams to consistently scale efforts and support innovation.
- Analyze diverse data sources by partnering with Product and BizOps to create highly targeted segments for improved campaign performance, personalized communications and dedicated campaigns.
- Champion customer-first initiatives, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Spearhead customer lifecycle campaigns to continue to educate customers and guide in product implementation.
- Own and refine orchestrated omni-channel flows using audience-based and behavior-based segmentation.
- Embrace an ownership mindset while delivering remarkable results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in Marketing
- 3-5 years of related experience in campaign management, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- 3+ years of experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams
- Experience leading customer campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, messaging, positioning, targeting, segmentation strategies, and campaign analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive and highly organized with the ability, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working as a Project Manager or within the field of Project Management
- Experience working closely with a sales department, customer success and Account Executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a team player, able to contribute positively to our unique company culture and work well with others
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to evaluate marketing campaigns.
