IT Support Specialist
Vast is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to internal employees, ensuring system operations run smoothly in support of the company's mission in space exploration.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- ITSM tools experience
- Technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active Directory or LDAP knowledge
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and support enterprise resources and network-enabled devices
- Troubleshoot Windows and MacOS systems
- Perform hardware and software upgrades
- Onboard/offboard users and support multiple locations
