Responsibilities

Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of thermal hardware components.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for thermal control systems.
Create and maintain manufacturing plans and assembly procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
Perform hands-on assembly and testing of components.
