Join a global team of experienced product managers, developers, and quality assurance professionals working on innovative solutions for a diverse range of products.

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to gain a deep understanding of the people experience, identify and address product gaps, and generate ideas for automation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with relevant business teams to design, implement, and optimize products that drive business objectives and enhance customer experience. You will manage the entire lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This is individual contributor role reports to Director of Product & Delivery.

What to expect from a Senior Product Manager position at VavaCars:

At least 3 years proven work experience as a product manager
Strong project and product management experience, with expertise in working with KPIs and data.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

What you will bring:

Gain a deep understanding of People experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that automate

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release
Make vs Buy: Help identify necessary and/or desirable third-party tools and technology to evaluate and select vendors together with technology and business teams
Versatile and obsessed with data. Understand data and all of its dimensions, from estimation to measuring stages
Have an agile iterative approach to problem solving. Be comfortable with fail fast.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Be hands-on and dive deep.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product management team members
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Test, learn, refine, and continuously iterate on the product.
